my elderly mom ended up recieving *** from halsted jewlerys and losing money. contacted them 4 yrs ago to stop the charges and had returned the *** to them, no refunds and no stopping. she then after 2 yrs changed her credit card number.
bank from credit card says we must contact halsted ourselves that there is nothing they can do about it. even contacting halsted ourselves they still keep sending their ***.
now she is getting the same run around from halsted charging her account but not even sending their *** jewlery.
guess its about time to start looking for an attorney to go after them.
